As a highly sought consultant he has designed and developed some of the largest integrated supply programs in the world, with a client list that has included oil and gas, utility, pharmaceutical, medical devices, automotive, aerospace, and maintenance services companies. As a business development executive he has significantly grown both sales and profitability of many top segment leaders within the distribution industry. Mr. DeVoney holds a degree in Economics from Emory University, and earned his MBA from the C.T. Bauer School of Business at the University of Houston.

Rick McQuatters brings 30 years of inventory management expertise to the Turtle & Hughes Integrated Supply operation. Mr. McQuatters is in his 16th year with THIS and is responsible for new business development. He also manages the integrated supply relationship with ISM and WEBNC. Mr. McQuatters earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.
