Rick McQuatters‚ Senior Vice President – THIS

Rick McQuatters brings 30 years of inventory management expertise to the Turtle & Hughes Integrated Supply operation. Mr. McQuatters has been with THIS since its inception and has held roles in all aspects of integrated supply at both the site level and the corporate level. In addition to managing the Integrated Supply division, Rick also manages the integrated supply relationship with ISM and WEBNC. Mr. McQuatters earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.

Pat Sheehan‚ Vice President of Operations – THIS

Mr. Sheehan has a diverse background of 20 years in operations management and has been a member of the Integrated Supply team since 2016.  His energy and ability to maximize his team’s performance is one of his greatest assets; building trust as he recognizes the importance of the “total team”.  He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has conducted over one hundred Kaizen events in his career. Pat earned a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University in History and Political Science with a minor in Economics.  Mr. Sheehan is a veteran of the United States Navy Submarine Service.

Jerry Suttles‚ Senior Director of Field Operations – THIS

Jerry Suttles joined the Turtle & Hughes Integrated Supply organization in 2005. He has successfully implemented and operated multiple enterprise accounts for THIS, proving to be a valuable asset to the organization. Mr. Suttles is a veteran of the United States Army where he served as leader in Operations Management.
